Customer returns stock also know as customer returns pallets can be bought for a fraction of the stores RRP (recommended retail price) saving in some terms up to 99% depending on stock purchased.
Customer returns are also known as store returns that have been sold in a retail environment and returned by customers for a number of reasons. These are generally unchecked, untested and without any warranty. There is usually no returns accepted on these items.
They can be Argos stock, Tesco stock, Aldi stock, Sainsburys stock, Morrisons Stock, John Lewis stock or many other popular store returns.
There is good potential with customer returns to test and regrade the product, making the item as good as new.
The downside is that there will be some wastage, this can vary between 10 percent and 70 percent of a pallet - this is a big criteria to keep in mind when dealing or trading in customer returns stock.
Brand new or clearance stock is much harder and more expensive to source and you will likely be paying between 50 percent and 75 percent of the RRP but you are guaranteed of good stock with a lower margin.
There are lots of suppliers, good and bad of customer return pallets and the ones to trust will be a long established company with a good track record of good reviews.
